Phase 2 (Months 6–12)

Launch a pilot program training 100 youth, secure contracts with 10–15 U.S. firms, and create real employment pathways that demonstrate the model’s success.

Phase 3 (Year 2–3)

Scale operations to train over 1,000 youth across Djibouti while expanding services into high-demand areas like IT support, digital marketing, and bookkeeping — ensuring both diversification and sustainability.
